Return Policy
Peavey Mart guarantees your satisfaction with the merchandise you purchase from us with original receipt and when you provide your name and phone number. You have 30 days after date of purchase in store or after receiving product from PeaveyMart.com to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition that you purchased in store or received it – that is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return for online purchases, contact us directly at CustomerService@PeaveyMart.com. Our team will be happy to provide you with further instructions on how we will process your request. Online orders may also be returned to any of our Peavey Mart store locations.
Processing Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions & Non-returnable items
· Pet and Animal Feed: Pet and animal feed products are subject to government regulation and may not be returned. If a quality concern with feed products is an issue, Peavey Mart will require additional time to verify the concern. A refund will be approved upon completion of an investigation and positive verification of quality concerns, which may require up to 10 business days to complete.
· Power Equipment: Power equipment, including all gasoline powered products, is eligible for return within 30 days provided they have not been started. If these products are started, they are eligible for repair only. A refund will be approved upon completion of an inspection by a professional small engine repair mechanic who will verify manufacturers guidelines have been correctly followed, which may require up to 10 business days to complete.
· Perishable Goods & Personal Care Goods: Food, flowers, or plants are not eligible for return. Additionally, personal care goods such as lotions, lip balm, or soaps are not returnable. If a quality concern with these products is an issue, please contact us directly at CustomerService@PeaveyMart.com so we can work with you to find a resolution.
· Clearance items: Items purchased on clearance can not be returned or exchanged.
Online Ordering Terms & Conditions
Customers may order select merchandise from this website. Whether shipping direct to a store, or to an alternate location, all orders are subject to the Terms & Conditions of Use, including the following:
- Orders: receiving an email confirmation does not guarantee the acceptance of an order by Peavey Mart. Peavey Mart, at its own discretion, may limit or cancel orders. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify the customer by email with the information provided at time of order.
- Products & Pricing: Peavey Mart reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this site at any time without notice. Although we strive for accuracy, some errors may occur. Peavey Mart reserves the right to correct any errors including pricing, pictures, and copy.
- Payment & Promo Codes: all orders must be paid in full when an order is placed online. Payment can be made by those methods accepted through the Shopify payment portal. Promo codes are required during time of online check out and are valid for a specified period of time before expiring. Only one code may be used per transaction.
- Shipping: Peavey Mart will use their best efforts to ship online orders as per the timing specified for the product. In some instances, exceptions may occur due to circumstances beyond Peavey Mart’s control. Peavey Mart will make every attempt to notify the customer when orders may be delayed. If a product becomes unavailable, the customer will be contacted to discuss the circumstances. The customer agrees that Peavey Mart may rescind their acceptance of the online order and cancel the order without penalty.
- Restocking fee: Peavey Mart reserves the right to charge up to a 10% restocking fee for an Online Order Ship to Store product(s) that are unclaimed after 20 days of the order date. This restocking fee will be applied to the credit card used for order validation during the checkout process.
Peavey Mart may in the future restrict its return policy regarding other products. Restrictions on returns for specific products will be shown on the corresponding product description page on PeaveyMart.com.
